Doolittle History Museum

Located in the Northwest Florida State College’s Raiders Athletic Area lobby, the Doolittle Raiders exhibit tells the history of WWII aviators, who under the direction of U.S. Army Air Forces Lt. Col. James “Jimmy” Doolittle, trained for the 1942 attack on the Japanese Islands from Eglin Field. The aviators and their raid inspired the college’s mascot name.
